This is one of the arches in Canyonlands National Park, Utah. Almost every day of good weather, Mesa Arch will attract 30-40 photographers trying to get the best "spot" to grab the sunrise thru the arch.
That means up at 4-AM to drive the hour to the parking area. Then a half mile walk to the arch. By the time the sun starts rising, the place is 3-deep in photographers.
I was lucky to arrive at the right time, plus some experience from the last visit, so landed in a good spot to catch the sunrise. There were just enough clouds for great color.
